International background

Raised in the UAE, South Korea, Jordan and Morocco. Studied in England, Spain and Belgium.

Education

2018-2021 BSc (Hons) Maritime Business — Solent University, UK (Graduated)
2021-2022 Sustainable Business & Innovation — EADA, Barcelona (Participant)
2022-2023 Interior Architecture — LISAA, Paris (Participant)
2024-2025 Transport & Logistics — ISTELI / AFTRAL + H-K, Pau (Work-study)

Key experience

AGORA Coordination — Brussels

International school exchanges for AEFE high schools. Calendar, email and inter-school communication coordination.

Logistics — H-K, Pau

Time-constrained operations: loading, space management, stock organization.

Studio management — Paris

Inventory, checklists, bookings for 3-4 studios. Patterns reused in INDEX.

The Situation

Creators, musicians, architects — everyone works in isolation.

Imagine: you want to organize a concert in an unusual venue. You spend three weeks looking for a sound engineer, a videographer, equipment. Every contact is a fresh start. The project happens — but the network dissolves the very next day. Same story everywhere, from Paris to Berlin, Barcelona to London.

Everywhere in the world, thousands of small creative, associative and technical structures share the same needs — venues, equipment, network, visibility — but have no way to coordinate.

SMEs
No cross-sector network
NGOs / Associations
No shared logistics infrastructure
Startups
No pooled resources
Artists
No visibility or shared tools

What we observe

  • Every event starts from scratch: contacts, logistics, comms
  • Tools don't communicate with each other
  • Collaborations stay one-off and get lost
  • No collective memory between projects

What's needed

  • A common foundation across disciplines
  • Shared and interconnected tools
  • A network that accumulates instead of resetting
  • A lasting infrastructure, not a temporary one

What Exists Today

Funding exists, but it doesn't reach small actors.

🇫🇷

France

  • • Bpifrance (French Tech, France 2030)
  • • DRAC / CNM (arts & culture grants)
  • • DLA / PTCE (nonprofit support)
  • • Regional incubators
🇪🇺

Europe

  • • Creative Europe
  • • Horizon Europe / EIC
  • • Erasmus+
  • • ESF+ (Social Fund)
💰

Significant Funding

  • • France 2030: €54 Bn
  • • Horizon Europe: €14 Bn/yr
  • • ESF+: €142 Bn
  • • Creative Europe: €380 M/yr

Yet small actors can't access them:

No common infrastructure

50+ programs, each with its own portal, criteria, and formats

Sector silos

Culture, Tech, Social Economy, Education: no bridges between them

Temporary support

Projects last 2-4 years max. When funding ends, the network dissolves

Access barriers

Complex processes, required consortiums, administrative jargon

Let's overcome these steps together

Sure, there are silos, no collective memory, and funding can be inaccessible… but all of this can kill motivation. Let's get past these hurdles together!

What AMA Proposes

Faced with these observations, AMA is building a simple answer: a shared ecosystem where each collaboration strengthens the next, leveraging local expertise and existing resources.

Phase 1 — Foundation (2026)

I'm laying the groundwork: the tools, the first contacts, the first events. AMA is under construction — and that's the best time to get involved.

Join me now to build the next phases together!

The AMA Vision

Connecting worlds through action.

AMA was born from a single intention: building bridges. Between disciplines, between cultures, between those who have ideas and those who have the means to make them real.

AMA is not just another project — it's a backbone, a permanent infrastructure on which projects plug in, grow, and connect with each other.

Welcome

Anyone — artist, SME, NGO, school — can connect to the network and access shared resources.

Coordinate

Contacts, equipment, venues, calendar: everything is centralized. No more starting from scratch.

Amplify

Each project strengthens the network. From Paris to Brittany, connections accumulate and local impact multiplies.

« Grace in motion, the word that connects, the consciousness that observes and transmits. »

The AMA Ecosystem

1 technical infrastructure + 3 operational pillars

INDEX

The heart of AMA — Centralized collaborative space

  • Contacts & connections
  • Unified communication
  • Calendar & reminders
  • Equipment & resources

connects and powers

PIN-LAB

Design & Artistic Direction

  • Design laboratory
  • Artistic direction
  • Modular prototyping

FLOAT

Documentation & Audiovisual Capture

  • Video & photo capture of events
  • Prototype documentation
  • Logistics & technical coordination

HUBJAM

Music & Sound Engineering (with Loïc)

  • Technical device (V1–V5)
  • Jams & Sessions
  • Repair & reuse workshops

A project leader submits their request via INDEX, which routes to PIN-LAB, FLOAT or HUBJAM based on needs. Each participant declares their skills (level 1 to 3) based on profession and expertise, and receives adapted roles and instructions.

The 3 Phases of AMA

Phase 1 — Foundation (2026)

Laying the groundwork: tools, first contacts, first events.

← Current

Phase 2 — Expansion (2027)

Opening to collaborators, data security (GDPR), partnerships.

Phase 3 — Impact (2028)

Multi-territorial deployment, measurable impact, international expansion.

PIN-LAB

Design Laboratory & Artistic Direction

PIN-LAB is the creative arm of AMA. You're an artist or creator with an idea? Come in, we'll help you make it happen!

E.g. Designing the scenography and visual identity of a festival.

HSS — Home Scaffolding Setup

Gear: camera + tripod. Collaborates with HUBJAM (sound) and PIN-LAB (artistic direction).

Ondes Ephemeres

Hybrid event format: live performance + capture + broadcast, building a network between artists and venues.

HUBJAM × FLOAT collaboration. Independent events across France.

Active

Documentation

Systematic documentation protocol: video capture, photos, process notes for every AMA project.

Active

Documentary Series

Series showing the behind-the-scenes of AMA projects, from prototype to event. Public visibility.

HUBJAM

Music & Sound Engineering

HUBJAM is AMA's music and sound engineering pillar, co-founded with Loïc (sound/light engineer, Salle du Cairn, Larmor-Baden). Modular solutions for performances and sound recordings.

5 device versions (V1–V5), live-tested in Brittany and Paris.

HUBJAM Device — 5 Versions

V1: 25×17 cm — 6 jacks + 4 XLR in / 2 mini-jacks + 2 jacks + 2 XLR out

V3: 2 boxes (stage + control) with sound card and presets

V5: integrated 5G/6G relay (SIM card + router)

"Connect anyone, anywhere, instantly"

HUBJAM Device (V1–V5)

Modular tool for musicians and sound engineers. Customizable per need.
